Born from founder Rahul Negi's personal journey through remote Himalayan villages, FirstStay was created to address a heartbreaking reality: unemployed youth and abandoned homes in the world's most beautiful mountains.
In 2022, Rahul - himself from a Himalayan village - organized workshops across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Ladakh, Nepal, and Jammu & Kashmir, helping families transform their ancestral homes into thriving homestays.
Today, FirstStay serves as a digital bridge, connecting travelers with authentic mountain experiences while creating sustainable employment for over 100 families across the Himalayas.
